For years, I defended people and companies being sued over injuries. It was an honor to be their advocate, and I’m proud of that work. Many of my closest colleagues are still defense lawyers and insurance professionals.
That seat also showed me every kind of representation an injured person can get. I saw how much the right lawyer matters: one who knows the file inside and out, answers the phone, and is ready for trial if the offer isn’t fair. I saw how insurers respond to that lawyer, and how they respond when that lawyer isn’t there.
I wanted to be that lawyer for my own community. For my family, my friends, and my neighbors across Tampa Bay when someone else’s carelessness turns their life upside down. So I switched sides. Same experience. Same work ethic. Now it works for you.
